Client's Problem Statement
To create an engaging WhatsApp sticker platform that boosts user expression and daily engagement.
No user authentication was in place, no live monitoring, and no record of usage history. Locker management had to be done manually, which added to the operational overhead and human errors. Parcel processing and mutual use were largely unproductive, leading to delays and misuse.
That is where NGD Technolab, a smart development company, came in. We discovered key gaps in access control, automation, and tracking and developed a connected IoT-based solution that replaces traditional locker systems with a safe, expandable, and smart digital ecosystem.
Strategy Implemented
- Our centralized IoT solution was a network of smart lockers interconnected with cloud-based platforms, enabling real-time interaction between the device and user and scalability to support additional locations and user scenarios in the future.
- Adopted multi-layer authentication systems such as OTP, RFID, and biometric access to provide secure and flexible control over users and remove reliance on physical keys, and minimize security risks.
- Designed an interface of a mobile application that would enable users to remotely access, lock, unlock, and monitor lockers to enhance accessibility and allow users to interact with the system smoothly at any given location at any point.
- Real-time tracking and notification systems to send instant alerts, logs of usage and activity to make sure that all actions can be seen and accounted by in real-time in the locker operation.
- Developed an automated workflow system to remove human intervention with smart allocation, usage tracking, and system-driven actions to operate self-operating lockers and manage them efficiently.

- Decreased the number of incidents of unauthorized access by more than 85 percent, which has provided a substantial improvement in security due to Multi-layer authentication and the removal of risk due to physical keys and manual access control systems.
